Therapy Services
To the molding minds of our future: How are you doing on this rollercoaster we call life? Are you hanging on for dear life? Live in the Movement Therapy can help you to enjoy the ride and create a path that fulfills you! Is the stress of school, sports, peers, or family life overwhelming you? Are you looking for the right tools to support you, to manage the stress and help you build a lifestyle that brings you continual happiness and confidence? Therapy is a great place to talk to someone outside of your social circle and get professional help that will empower you to be your best self!
To the role-models (parents, guardians, extended family): Are you watching your teen or young adult struggle with the many stressors that come along with finding their identity? Do you feel your adolescent is overusing or misusing social media to a degree that is detrimental to their overall health? Are you concerned about your adolescent’s ability to mature into a joyful, successful, confident adult? Live in the Movement Therapy will help your teen or young adult to better process their emotions and build a sustainable, healthy and passionate lifestyle.

Choosing an active lifestyle does not require you to become an everyday fitness fanatic. Do you enjoy walking, bowling, rock climbing, biking, yoga, hiking, basketball or any other movement? These are all amazing ways to move your body while improving your mental health. We can also focus on our mental health by staying active through meditation and other spiritual work. With everyone’s busy schedules, combining mental health time with physical health time is a great way to get started! Come walk and talk with me!
